The role reports to the President and serves as a key member of the University’s Senior Management Team. The role, in conjunction with the President, sets the objectives for the Division, and: establishes and oversees the Division’s budget; hires appropriate faculty and staff; coordinates the activities of those employees; establishes a culture of creativity and entrepreneurship in the Division; works in partnership with personnel throughout the University; and assures continuous improvement in the quality of the Division’s programs and services.

• Manages the day-to-day operations of the Graduate Division, including program development, assessment, state approval and accreditation for both existing and new degree programs; hiring of faculty and staff; and development and management of multiple course delivery formats (online, hybrid, face-to-face, flipped classrooms, etc.).
